Like many properties in the Highlands, our water comes from a private supply. In our case this a natural spring high on Cruban Beag mountain. The spring water is treated on site and is tested regularly by Scottish Water on behalf of Highland Council to ensure that it complies with drinking water standards.
"We stayed in Elm Cottage and from the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home by our perfect hosts. The cottage was well equipped and the beds just so very comfortable. The little fenced garden area was idea for meals given the good weather we enjoyed and was ideal for our dog too. It would be hard to find fault with the facilities available, the location and the hospitality provided. I would not hesitate to recommend Crubenbeg Cottages and hope to visit again very soon."
